When importing vcard contacts some of them may not import.
In this case check the vcard file names. Some of smartphones and browsers like to save files by html tradition replacing spaces and some other symbols with html codes starting with percent symbol. These codes cannot be read by your Android device. So rename them, and this time everything should import just well.
