Question – can you use cheap USB – TRS 1/4″ guitar link cable to play Rocksmith on PS3, instead of the bundled overpriced REAL TONE cable?
The answer is no, you can’t. The console just doesn’t recognize this device. So, you may delete the game from your Playstation 3 and install it on your computer. PC version has a special patch, which allows to plug your guitar into any sound card, both internal and external.
