Ikea Slabang yellow alarm clock with recording function
Start with putting three LR03 batteries (not included) in the battery holder. The window will then show 0:00.
Set current time
Press the © button, the digits starts to blink. The clock is preset to show a 24-hour cycle. 3ut if you want to use a 12-hour cycle instead. change it with ©. Confirm the chosen display with ©. The hours on the display now start to blink. Adjust with © and © to set time. The clock moves faster if you keep the button pressed down. Press © again and set the minutes the same way. Confirm with © and the time setting is completed.
If you don’t press any button in the setting position, the window will return to normal display after 30 seconds.
Set the alarm
Press © and keep it down for three seconds. You will hear a peep sound and the hours in the window will start to blink. Set the alarm the some way as you set current time above. Finish with ©. Then you will sec the set alarm time for a short while before the window returns to normal display. If you later want to check the set alarm time – press and keep pressing either © or О.
The alarm
With SLABANG you can record your own sound (max. 8 seconds) to be used instead of the dock’s preinstalled alarm. Press and keep pressing ® to record. The microphone is placed just above the red lamp that shines during the recording. What you have recorded will be played when you stop pressing ® or when 8 seconds have passed. If you afterwards want to hear what you have recorded – press ®.
With the lever on the bock of the dock you choose what alarm you want to be played at the set time.

Recorded alarm (displayed in the window). The alarm is repeated every 8 seconds.
Adjust the volume with -Л. Shut off the alarm by pushing the lever to . if not the alarm will become silent after 5 minutes.
You can also choose to shut off the alarm temporarily (snooze) by pressing down the big button on top of the dock. The alarm will then be repeated every 5 minutes. When no alarm sound you use the big button to turn on the background lighting.
