You may not know that, but you actually can combine several Confluence plugins into one.
To do that, first you have to install Source Editor. This plugin allows to view Confluence pages the way the site engine sees it before rendering. Then create a page and insert all the macros you want to combine into a single plugin, after that view the page source. Here highlight the text you would like to use and then go to Administration and create a new user macro. Paste the highlighted text. Note that you can use variables to set the underlying macro parameters. Save the macro and you are done. You may now insert the newly created macro to a page, and it will act as all macros inside it combined.
