I’m being bugged by WordPress error – every time I try to go into Plugins page through admin panel it returns
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server closed the connection without sending any data.
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems.
Due to heavy load on the server, connections may be temporarily blocked from locations that fetch an unusually high number of pages.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
I tried like everything – removing plugins by deleting their folders via FTP, launching database editor to disable all plugins in the WP Database, nothing helped. So basically, even without any plugins, the server still seems to be overloaded. It turned out this error has nothing to do with server load. Just go to your hoster cpanel, enter PHP Configuration, and change the PHP version to the latest one. After this, the error will be gone and your Plugins page should work as normal.
