Windows taskbar is not visible on the second display.
Normally, this option is activated by clicking desktop properties, and then ticking this option. However, sometimes there is no taskbar even with the tick present. You have to untick it, apply the changes, tick again and apply the changes. That should fix it and the taskbar will be back on both monitors.
