If you got grayed out blog entries in your Confluence dashboard, which fail to be processed by plugins, and Administration Console shows that automatic backups stopped working, it’s a good idea to reboot your Confluence server.
You should not lose any data, and the grayed out entries will eventually disappear after reboot. As best practice, schedule your Confluence server to reboot once a week.
