The stupid iSilo (for iOS) FAQ recommend to use the web-server file upload feature only or use that ungodly iTunes.
If you want to transfer your documents to read in iSilo via FTP/USB/SSH like a man, the path is as follows:
/private/var/mobile/Applications/_isilo_folder-some_numbers_/Documents/
The insides should have the Downloads, iSilo and Public folders.
